MIGOM money transfer program is intended for processing instant transfers between individuals on the territory of the CIS and the Baltic states without opening an account.
International money transfers are effected in US dollars and Russian rubles. Since October 1, 2003 MIGOM money transfer system is available for money transfers on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in Belarusian rubles.
MIGOM money transfer program means:
maximum speed of transfer processing, i.e. up to 5-10 minutes;
low fees amounting to approx. 1-3%;
safety of your funds supported by commitments of the largest banks;
commission-free disbursement of transferred funds;
easy transfer execution procedure.
How to send money
To send money, a Customer presents an Identity Document to the service location officer, gives personal details of the recipient, indicates the transfer destination and pays the transfer amount along with the service fee. The officer executes sending procedure and gives the Customer a confirmation document, which is the application form for sending the transfer with the Bank’s remark and the transaction reference number consisting of 9 digits. The Customer should report this number to the recipient.
How to receive money
To receive money, the Customer presents an Identity Document to the service location officer and submits the 9-digit transaction reference number.
If the money is available, the officer makes the disbursement.
How to get the refund
When the sender refuses to authorize the transfer after it has already been awarded with a reference number, the following variants are possible:
if the sender addressed the service location on the same working day when the initial transaction was made, the operation is referred to as Transfer Cancellation. The transfer amount and the service fee will be returned to the Customer;
if the sender addressed the service location later than the working day when the initial transaction was made, the operation is referred to as Transfer Refund. Transfer Cancellation or Refund are executed at the same service location where the initial transaction was made. The refund amount adjusted for the service fee will be determined by the European Trust Bank.
Service fee
BPS-Sberbank does not charge any service fee for transfer receive operations. The Customer receives the transfer amount in full. For transfer send operations, a service fee is charged depending on the transfer amount.
Additional information
No limit is determined for the transfer amount. To enable a money transfer for the amount exceeding 2,000 reference values, the Customer must present a certificate from tax authorities confirming that he/she has filed the tax income return.
The application form for send and receive operations must state that the transfer has no relation to any business activities. The individual is personally liable for the given information being true and correct.
