International money transfers BLIZKO is a program of instant money non-trade transfers of individuals without opening an account within CIS countries. The issuer is Svyaz-Bank, Moscow.
Transfers are effected in USD, EUR and RUB.
Money transfers BLIZKO are:
- maximum speed of transfer – only several minutes;
- low amount of commission
- disbursement of a transfer without commission;
- simple procedure.
How to send a transfer
In order to send a transfer a customer shows his/her identification document in a service location and informs an operator about the recipient of the transfer, transfer destination and pays transfer amount and commission. The operator sends the transfer and gives to the customer a send confirmation – an application form for transfer sending with the bank’s marking and eight-digit check transfer number. The customer should advise the recipient of this number.
How to receive a transfer
In order to receive a transfer a customer shows his/her identification document to an operator and tells the eight-digit check transfer number. In case such a transfer exists, the operator pays this transfer to the customer.
Commission
BPS-Sberbank doesn't collect a commission when pays a money transfer. A customer receives the amount indicated in the transfer in full. The Bank collects a commission depending on the amount upon sending a transfer.
Additional Information
The amount of a nonrecurrent money transfer mustn’t exceed USD 10 000. In other currencies this amount should be in equivalent. (The issuer determines a specific amount on the basis of the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation). The quantity of transfers per day mustn’t exceed three times. Execution of a transfer to the amount more than 2 000 reference values without the certificate of tax authority about presenting the declaration is prohibited.
In applications to effect or receive a transfer it should be stated that the transfer isn’t connected with business undertakings. Individuals are responsible for the authenticity of this information.
BPS-Sberbank offers to the population of the Republic of Belarus money transfers for individuals through private payment systems without opening an account:
- In the whole world (more than 170 countries) within MoneyGram system. Sending/Receiving of transfers is effected in USD in all branches and divisions - 124 service locations in 42 cities of the Republic of Belarus.
- In the CIS and the Baltic States within MIGOM system. Transactions are effected in USD (in the CIS and the Baltic States) and RUB (in the CIS) and BYR (within the Republic of Belarus). It is possible to send and receive transfers in 269 service locations in 126 cities of the Republic of Belarus.
