Consolidated balance sheet represents a financial report of the Bank as of a particular date. Balances on balance accounts are grouped according to assets and liabilities types, what enables to evaluate the structure of assets and liabilities of the Bank as of a particular date.
Profit and loss account represents a report on income and expenses from the beginning of the year. Income and expenses items are grouped in profit and loss account according to their types. This enables to evaluate the structure of income received and expenses incurred by the Bank for the period under report. The amount of Bank’s profit (loss) is stated as a separate item.
